By creating an account or using askKef you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate details. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your password safe. One person, one account.
askKef is a place to meet. We introduce people who need something done to people who can help. We are not a party to any agreement you make, we do not employ helpers, and we do not process payments between users.
Post only honest, lawful content you have the right to share. No illegal goods or services, no spam, no harassment, no discrimination, no adult content, no misleading claims and no contact details in place of a real description. We may remove posts and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Prices, timings and the details of any work are agreed directly between you and the other person. Check who you are dealing with, agree things clearly in advance, and use your own judgement about safety.
Ratings must reflect a genuine interaction. Fake, bought or retaliatory ratings are not allowed. Your reputation belongs to you as a person and follows you across categories.
Meet in a sensible place, tell someone where you are going, and never send money to someone you have not verified. Report anything suspicious to us.
The app is provided as is. We do not guarantee that anyone will respond, that a task will be completed, or that the app will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from arrangements between users.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the community at risk.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
